Item Delivery

Most orders  will be made within 1 hour after payment confirmation. Time of delivery is subjected to the availability of the product(s).

Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay.

We will send you a Regions/Game room name/Game room password.

Make sure you connect to a right Region we send you.

If we need extra information from you, we will ask.

If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of the time you placed your order, please contact us or livechat as soon as possible because a problem may occurred during payment/emailing.
